Quilt Aid Block of the month programme

BOM update Jan 2010:

As the finish date for your BOM contract has now passed please be reminded that stores can now access your credit card details (as per your submitted contract), charge for outstanding kits and post them out to you automatically. If you need more time please contact your remaining stores to make arrangements for a payment plan or a delayed order with each store. BOM Update:

Yes, you can still submit a BOM contract right up until the 31st Dec - this will put your name on all 12 blocks with each store still BUT if you need more time after the 31st of December you will have to contact each store to make arrangements with them - they are not contracted to hold the blocks past this date - but I am sure they will be happy to if you make arrangements with them for a little more time).

As there is a limited amount of fabric available for programmes such as these we appreciate that you may be concerned that a complete kit will not be available to you particularly when you are not in a position to order all 12 block kits and a finishing kit at once.

So, we have created a Block of the month type programme to alleviate this.  To sign up for the programme and be guaranteed of a complete set of patterns with original fabrics as pictured on this website please download and print the BOM Contract. Read all instructions, complete and submit the contract to the address details included.

By doing this your name will be given to all twelve participating stores and a kit will be ‘held’ in your name. You still need to visit each store and order the kit from the QuiltAid website links. You have six months to complete the programme but can order when and how you like within that six months. It is your responsibility to purchase or order your chosen finishing kit.

If at the end of that time (December 31st 2009) you have not purchased your kit the stores will have the right to charge your kit + postage to your supplied credit card and ship it to you at that time.
